*STARBIRD* 62 thunderbird. HITS THE ROAD... FINALY!

ok so its about time i started a build thread on my old tbird. i purchased it a couple years ago while holidaying in the states, first port of call was to get it roadworthy and cruising in style, total mechanical overhaul for reliable motoring is all it needed as it was a fairly clean original car to start with.
ive never been a restorer and cant keep anything stock so i made a few little changes to cruise with a bit more style while i figured out what i wanted... a dash of paint on the roof, a few little detail items, some new rolling stock, and a ride height adjustment was enough to be one of the kool kidz while i was living in queensland (not kool).... however this year i moved to victoria (where the car scene is in australia) and it barley rates a second glance out and about....
it always has been my plan to mildly modify the bird before i do my watson style paint which cixpac photoshopped for me a couple years ago so its now time to start the serious stuff.... so let the kustomising begin

Nice job! I dig it, it's a little custom and a little weaponized to take on Aussie biker gangs of the future after the oil reserves dry up.

got a bit more done today... with the extra length in the scoop it sorta made the hood look a little short, so lets fill in the eyelids, should finish it off toomorow. ill cut up another centre chrome peice to finish it all off nice.

I saw the last pic in the bullet birds thread and went hmmm he's been busy. Nice and clean without the extra bells and whistles.
And sorry have been under the pump with work and haven't had a chance to redo the pipes chop I did (I actually read what you wanted after I did the last one haha. Still on the to do list?
