Installed the water pump, carb, throttle linkage, kickdown linkage, manifolds, rad suppot and other front end bracketry. Still waiting for my front fenders to be finished so i can start re-aligning all the front end accordingly.

Well the summer in Alberta is coming to an end. I have had a blast cruzing my car and have racked up quite a few miles on it. The reason for the update are my new wheels. They are 14" Appliance 5 spokes and they came with a nice set of 205 75 14 pinner whites already mounted and balanced. This isnt the only new addition. Over the coarse of summer I have added a new Grant steering wheel and a Gennie scorpion shift knob. The shifter was also shortened in order to tie in the knob with the new wheel. The front bench seat needed some attention because the bottom inserts were torn and I just had a seat cover covering it. So the new inserts were made and installed. This was just a temporary fix for the summer. Down the road I plan on redoing the entire interior. REar package tray was also coverer with some white fur. I also tinted the brights which suited the car while it had the steelies on, gave it that mean look, but im not so sure anymore. They will prolly go in the near future. I snapped these pictures today.

I will be cruzing this thing as much as possible before the bad weather hits. Then it will be a long winter of body work.

Since you're running 14"s, did you pull out the inner fenders out of neccessity or just to do it? Reason I ask is because I'm gonna run 14's with 185/75 pinners on my '59 that I'm juicing and I've heard before that I might need pull out my inner fenders to get it to lay. Thanks. Great looking bel-air by the way. A guy on here lowbiz, did the same yellow fog light trick with the inner headlights. Looks really cool.

Thanks for the replys fellas. The reason I pulled the front inner fenders was because of the previous wheels I had on the car. They were reversed steelies and with a static drop i couldnt run inner wheel wells. With the new wheels I will be putting them back in. You however shouldnt have a problem laying out your car on 14's with a smaller tire and shouldnt have to remove them.
